Through these funds so generously donated by our supporters, we are able to provide
- Scholarships for College/Technical School
- Scholarships for “Tools of the Trade” equipment purchases.
- Grants to enable students to participate in national Student Leadership competitions (i.e. Skills USA).
- Grants to specific programs to meet high-priority needs not covered by school or student body funds.
- Grants to instructors to assist with keeping their skills and training current with industry.
Together, we can help the instructors of New Market Skills Center continue to provide the high level of educational and technical excellence that they have become known for, and help the students of New Market Skills Center to achieve their dreams!
Internal Scholarships & Grants
The following scholarships are available to New Market Skills Center students through the NMSC Foundation. To apply for any of them, please download the NMSC Foundation Internal Scholarship Application Packet.

External Scholarships & Grants
The following scholarships are available to New Market Skills Center students, from outside sources. Please visit each source for the appropriate required forms.
South Puget Sound Rotary Scholarship
- Due: March 18th, 2016
- Available to graduating seniors from Tenino, Rainier, Oakville, and Rochester high schools.
- $2000: Tuition to attend 2 or 4 year college or trade/specialty school.

Olympia Master Builders (OMB)

- Standard value: $1,500.00
- Special Ken Donohue Scholarship: $2500.00
